Ever dreamed of soaring through the skies as the pilot of your own giant robotic spacecraft? For lots of otaku, the answer to that question would be a resounding “yes.” And that’s exactly what has made Kameleon Inc.’s line of Mousou Licences so popular (mousou means “wild idea” or “delusion”). The company offers everything from a Direct Control Type Giant Robot Operation License (allowing you to pilot the Gundam-esque vehicle of your choice) to an employee ID card for the Outer-Space Lifeforms Administrative Office, issued by the Macrocosm Immigration Bureau (MIB). Salaryman-friendly variations include a Good Drinker License and a Catnap Certification. Users can choose from a variety of cartoon avatars or upload their own photo. ¥700 each.
