Oktoberfest events in spring

There are half a dozen Oktoberfest celebrations in the Kanto area in May. Why now? Keine Fragen: Just get yourself ein Bier und eine Brezel! There are also smaller events here and there, such as the one we stumbled upon at the base of Tokyo Skytree.

Symbol Promenade Park, Odaiba: Apr 25-May 6. Weekdays 4pm-10pm; Sat-Sun & hols 1pm-10pm (L.O. 9:30pm).

Hibiya Park: May 16-25. Weekdays 4pm-10pm; Sat-Sun 11am-10pm (L.O. 9:30pm).

Komazawa Olympic Park: May 30-Jun 8. Weekdays 4pm-10pm; Sat-Sun 11am-10pm (L.O. 9:30pm).

Akarenga Red Brick Warehouse, Yokohama: Apr 25-May 6. 11am-9:30pm daily (first day 5-9pm).

Tochigi Station, North Square: May 2-5. Weekdays 5pm-9pm; Sat-Sun 11am-9pm; last day 11am-7pm.

Omochanomachi Station, East Exit Rotary: May 17-18. 11am-8pm.
