Microsoft’s Kinect peripheral hits the world of promotion, hotting up the new stereoscopic 3D version of Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex Solid State Society that came out on March 26. With the Kinect, users can engage with the 3D projections on the surrounding walls and partake in missions with their very own Tachikoma tank. You Ghost fans will know what that means. The Kenji Kamiyama film’s promotional Kinect antics come courtesy of Kamakura-based company Kayac (that’s a lot of Ks)—and you can surely expect more 3D promotion in the future. Experience this hands-on demo free at Shibuya Parco.Cyberspace @Shibuya Parco, until Apr 19.
