See the works of the Murakami’s and Nara’s of the future, when dozens of young artists participate in an exhibition at Tokyo Wonder Site Hongo as the emerging artist program celebrates its 200th installment. Formed in 2001, TWS supports young artists and creatives of all stripes through a range of programs at its three spaces throughout the city. 20 artists winnowed down from 1000 entrants are showing their works at the latest exhibition, with styles on display ranging from Tadashi Hirakawa’s whimsical sculptures to Yu Nishimura’s dreamy abstractions.
