Seamus O’Hara (B1F Matsuda Bldg, 3-12-3 Meguro, Meguro-ku; www.seamus-ohara.com) celebrates five years of getting people sauced in true Irish fashion with a knees-up fuelled by folk music and rascally prices on their ales. On Monday, September 17, a national holiday no less, stop at this Celtic cavern and quaff a full pint of draft beer for ¥500, original draft cider for ¥1,200/pint and ¥800/glass, or plenty of other wicked liquids. Bop your bodhran from 8pm with live music from Tokyo-town regulars The Mutiny. The following day draft beer will be ¥700 a pint, with a free snack for all and sundry.
