Very enterprising, we must say—but why stop there? Here are a few suggestions for other fruitful conbini pairings.

- Suntory Kinmugi Pure Malt: “We also sell real beer!”
- Ozeki One Cup: “Tastes great with a pack of high-tar cigarettes!”
- Kirin Cola Shock: “Why not pick up a copy of CanCam magazine while you’re at it?”
- Beaujolais Nouveau: “Authentic pre-sliced Camembert cheese also available!”
- Suntory Kaku Whisky: “There’s a good snack pub around the corner!”
