“7 Days × 7 Years” — Dual Perspective Photography Exhibition in Tokyo

Oct 03, 2025 at 10:00am ~ Oct 12, 2025 at 6:00pm

Brazilian artists Iris Fuzaro and Erick Rosa present 7 Days × 7 Years, a photography exhibition exploring how time shapes our sense of place. Iris captures the urgency and wonder of experiencing Japan over a week-long visit, while Erick offers the slower perspective of seven years as a Tokyo resident.

Their work, combining film and digital photography, is joined by projection and a sound art installation by Lucas Mayer, an Emmy Award–winning and Latin Grammy–nominated Brazilian music producer.

About the Artists

Iris Fuzaro is a photographer and film director from São Paulo, Brazil, now based in Los Angeles. With a nomadic spirit, she has visited over 40 countries, always capturing the balance between universal connections and unique cultural details.

Erick Rosa, from Rio de Janeiro, has lived in Tokyo for the past seven years after careers in São Paulo, Lisbon, and Singapore. With a pocket camera always in hand, his work is an ongoing practice of memory and observation.
