Renowned international architect Shohei Shigematsu from OMA designed this authentic Christmas market space, transforming the central square of Azabudai Hills into a captivating wonderland adorned with a Christmas tree at its center. Bedecked with 20,000 LED lights and five types of luminous ornaments, the Christmas tree gives off a dynamic charm that sets the stage for this unique market experience.
17 retail and culinary establishments, including the German Christmas specialty store “Kate Waldfart,” grace the market. Alongside seven shops offering Christmas-themed goods such as trees and wreaths, ten dining establishments, including the “Hills House Dining33” curated by Seizo Mikuni and the vegan cafe “8ablish,” present exclusive items and menus available only at the Azabu Hills Christmas Market.
