If you’re a sake aficionado—or just sake-curious—mark your calendar for Craft Sake Week 2025 at Roppongi Hills. This 12-day sake and gastronomy festival runs from April 18 to April 29, bringing together 120 top-tier breweries from across Japan. Organized by former football star Hidetoshi Nakata and his Japan Craft Sake Company, this annual event is a deep dive into Japan’s most beloved drink.

A total of 120 sake makers were carefully selected from over 400 breweries by sommeliers and top chefs. Each day of Craft Sake Week features a rotating lineup of 10 breweries, ensuring that even if you visit multiple times, you’ll always discover something new.

But Craft Sake Week isn’t just about the drinks—food takes center stage too. This year, 15 top restaurants, including some that are notoriously hard to book, will serve exclusive menus crafted to pair perfectly with sake.
