Urban Heroes Tokyo is bringing back its Family Easter Workout and Egg Hunt on April 4 at Arisugawa Park in Minami-Azabu. This event is a lively spring celebration designed to bring together Tokyo’s international and local families for a morning of movement, games and community fun.

The morning kicks off with a free, high-energy family workout where parents and kids can move together through a playful mix of HIIT, yoga and other accessible fitness activities. After warming up, a large Easter egg hunt will begin, featuring over 1,000 eggs hidden throughout the park and a special appearance from the Easter Bunny. Families are welcome to join the workout, the egg hunt or both.

The event is organized by Urban Heroes Tokyo, an international fitness community offering a variety of group classes including Pilates, yoga, strength training, HIIT and family-friendly workouts.
