The La Folle Journée Classical Music Festival returns to Tokyo from May 3 to May 5, 2026, bringing one of the world’s largest classical music celebrations to the Tokyo International Forum and surrounding Otemachi, Marunouchi, Yurakucho and Ginza areas. Under the theme “LES FLEUVES (The Great Rivers),” the festival features around 90 paid concerts alongside free programs, instrument experiences, workshops and more that make classical music accessible and engaging for all ages, from beginners to devoted fans. Performances run throughout the day and into the evening, filling the city with music during Golden Week.
