Talk Session: Mikuru Asakura x Ryoff Karma
Mikuru Asakura is a Japanese male mixed martial artist, YouTuber, businessman, sports instructor, and singer born in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture. Representative director of BREAKING DOWN Co., Ltd. Be, he is a former THE OUTSIDER second-class champion and currently belongs to JAPAN TOP TEAM.

Ryoff Karma is a Japanese hip-hop MC based in Nagoya, Aichi, representing JET CITY PEOPLE. He competed in Ultimate MC Battle under the name Young Takajin.

Born in Nagoya, ISH-ONE moved to the United States at the age of 18 to pursue music studies. His production caught the eye of Wyclef of FUGEES, leading to an artist contract. He made a notable appearance on the radio program “power105” as a guest, showcasing his Japanese freestyle to New York audiences. His collaborations include songs featuring REDMAN and SLASH (GUNS ’N’ ROSES), along with music videos featuring SNOOP DOGG.

AYUMI, a singer-songwriter hailing from the Philippines and currently based in Japan, specializes in crafting trilingual songs in Tagalog, Japanese, and English. Her unique musical creations transcend language barriers, offering a powerful means of empathy and connection for individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds. Immerse yourself in the world of AYUMI’s music, filled with her undeniable talent and passion.

Shingo Takahashi, the founder and manager of the online record store and label Bee’s Knees Records. Apart from actively releasing his own products, he showcases his creativity not only in the club scene but also as a music school instructor and through various social media platforms. As a 45s vinyl enthusiast, he traverses the globe with a versatile play style that seamlessly blends Soul/Funk, Hip Hop, Reggae, and more. His eclectic approach has garnered attention not only in Japan but also from enthusiasts overseas.

Early Saisoku embarked on his music career at the age of 15. Over the years, he has evolved into a freelance producer, contributing music to renowned global brands like Vogue, Porsche, Hugoboss, and Jomalone.

Hiroto Harada, a DJ/Producer, actively engages in events for prominent brands like TOYOTA, Docomo, Calvin Klein, Elecom, KENZO, adidas, and Toei, both as a DJ and in planning capacities. In the pursuit of fostering high-quality information sharing and exchange, he spearheads “Waku Waku Web5.” This initiative brings together opinion leaders from diverse industries including Web 3, entertainment, games, music, and fashion. Beyond this, he is involved with entities such as Oasys, Meta Camelot, Cardano, and in 2023, assumed a directorial role in the think tank “Japan Vision Institute (JVI)” to contribute to forward-thinking discussions.
