The Sakura Citizens Fireworks Festival is a grand event featuring 20,000 fireworks, including 70 special shots to mark the anniversary. The display will illuminate both the sky and the waters of Lake Inbanuma. Additionally, you’ll witness unique cherry blossom-shaped fireworks that will bloom into 500-meter-wide floral designs. Entry is FREE!

Handheld fireworks will be available for those in the paid seating area, offering a close-up experience perfect for children. The festival will also feature the usual array of food and drink stalls.

The fireworks will take place at Sakura Furusato Square. To get there from Tokyo, take the Keisei Main Line from Keisei Ueno Station to Keisei-Sakura Station, which takes about an hour.

From Keisei-Sakura Station, take a Sakura City bus to Furusato Hiroba. The bus will drop you off right outside the park, which is a short walk to the event.
