TTP Cup Golf Tournament

The Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) Cup is an annual golf tournament that is based on and promotes partnership on the global stage. An annual event where government & business leaders can meet in a relaxed and safe manner to further deepen ties in these loosening, but still restricted times.

The objectives of the TTP Cup are to support and promote international trade, deepen and expand business-level relationships within and beyond Japan by bringing together politicians and executives from multiple countries and industries and promote progress.

  • Date: May 26, 2023
  • Venue: Taiheiyo Club, Narita Golf Course
  • Players: 36 foursomes, totalling 144 players, with caddies
  • Format: Shotgun start (teeing off from all 18 tees at the same time) with food and drink stations at selected holes
  • Play style: Partners (pairs) to emulate the TPP (Trans Pacific Partnership) vision
  • Scoring: Two-person scramble. (Using Shin Perie handicap)
  • Tee time: TBD 8:30 (Playing time 5-6 hours, with all players with all players finishing about 14:30-15:00. Dinner from 15:30 and award ceremony approximately 16:00-17:30)
  • Awards Ceremony: Upon finishing the round, playters relax and re-energize with onsite onsen-style bath then go to the dining area to enjoy food and drinks until the Award ceremony begins. Finishing up at approximately 5:30pm
  • Fees: Yen 29,500, includes green fee, caddy, cart, food, drinks, award ceremony and prizes
