Let’s say you’re a bright 20-something model who loves to party it up at glittery fashion events but is tired of the cheesy music. What do you do? Why, start your own party, of course. That’s exactly the route taken by Taiwanese-Italian Liv Lo and Japanese-American Melody Yoko—both Tokyo Girls Collection regulars. In cooperation with veteran club promoter dB UKi Events, Liv 4 Melody will bring UK house DJ Chris Samba (below) to Shibuya for a night of serious house beats and shiny, happy people. A onetime pro soccer player and columnist for RWD magazine, Samba specializes in Latin-flavored house, and will be joined for the evening in the booth by singer Jason Young.
