One of Tokyo’s most long-lived expat bands heads up a night at storied live house Crocodile in Shibuya. Vocalist Andy Atkins and guitarist Steven Cray created the Moonshots in 1999, topping up their roots-rock, blues and country recipe with dashes of funk, Latin and reggae. The full band today includes bassist Ron Che, percussionist Pequeno and drummer Toshio Chatani, who appear on the Moonshots’ first studio album, Ten Year Testimonial.
