As the label says, “this pouch has many functions.” A square of colorful absorbent material with a zipper running along three sides, the Dotto Pouch can comfortably house a 500ml PET bottle and makes a mean pencil case. You could also use it to hold cosmetics, or discreetly slip some sanitary towels in there as you head to the washroom. It’s available in a wide range of cutesy designs and colors, of which the Hello Kitty version is the most covetable—and also, apparently, only available in Japan. Well, it makes a nice alternative to giving socks, at least.
Hello Kitty Dotto Pouch, ¥1,260. Available from branches of Loft.
