The problem with being a sequel to a film better than anyone thought it would be is being revealed as the film they expected in the first place. But though it lacks the surprise factor, this sloppy seconds raunch-fest remake does what it set out to do. Gross you out. The sleaze level is cranked up by moving to Bangkok, which makes Las Vegas look like Leisuretown. The bachelor-partying guys wake up in a filthy hotel room with much to explain. Slow learners, these. Still, this unapologetically lowbrow approach is shockingly funny in spots. Same cast, including an embarrassingly pointless cameo by Mike Tyson.
