Gah, don’t you hate it when that teabag tab takes a nosedive into your cup? It’s not like it’s going to ruin your day or anything, but it would be nice if you could smooth out these little irritants that ruffle the Zen like tranquility of an otherwise super slick teatime routine. Designer George Lee’s Tie Tea Cup is a neat little solution to the problem: simply wrap the thread around the custom-made notch before pouring in the hot water. OK, so we know it’s possible to wrap the thread around the mug handle, but we think this is a much more sophisticated answer.
