[Special Promotion] Since opening in 2000, WOMB has been a mainstay in Tokyo’s club scene and rightly so—the club has attracted top DJs from around the world in its 17-year history, and is consistently ranked one of the best clubs in the world. The four-storey club boasts an impressive sound system as well as high-quality lights and strobes that make most other clubs feel like a school dance in a gymnasium.
So, when WOMB announces a party to celebrate their 17th anniversary, you can expect a few things: an awesome lineup of artists, mesmerizing visuals, and good vibes. Headlining the WOMB&ME party on Saturday, April 8, are a few of Japan’s most respected electronic music artists. DJs such as Shinichi Osawa, Takkyu Ishino, and starRo—who, this year, became the first Japanese producer to be nominated for a grammy—will celebrate the anniversary of the iconic club with performances.
WOMB is also giving back to the community by offering some exciting prizes. A lucky couple will receive a free night at SHIBUYA HOTEL EN, a newly-opened boutique hotel that is a two-minute walk away from WOMB. There are also 17 free tickets up for grabs for WOMB&ME, and the first 50 party revelers to arrive at the club will score an original tote bag commemorating the event.
