Those who have dined in university or work cafeterias probably know Table for Two, a Japanese NGO that funnels a portion of profits into healthy school meals for children in poor parts of the world. Now T4T is teaming up with everyone’s favorite minimalist lifestyle design company, Muji. At any Café & Meal Muji around the city, certain menu items have been raised in price ever so slightly to fund the cause. That includes the three-item deli plate, now ¥800 instead of ¥780, plus deli plates with more items, the soup plate, and more. Muji’s selection is already famed among OLs for its healthiness and decent prices. With Table for Two x Muji, it can only get more wholesome. www.muji.net/cafemeal/
