The preposterone flows freely in this regurgitated revenge fantasy from the Luc Besson factory. A preteen girl witnesses her drug-dealing parents’ murders in Colombia and escapes to America. Fifteen years later she’s a sexy, almost supernaturally skilled professional assassin of deserving scumbags (sound familiar?) en route to wreaking some badass violence on the murderers. Pluses: Zoe Saldana’s (Avatar) adept combinations of skimpy clothing and acrobatics almost make up for this empty and amoral retread’s lack of, well, anything else. And the actress who plays the younger girl is dynamite.
