We’re sure that the day is fast approaching when kids will just remember Jurassic Park, if at all, as “that boring dinosaur movie with the rubbish special effects.” Still, we hope that they won’t be too jaded to appreciate the wonders of Copitar’s Dinosaur Excavation Set, which helps bring out the paleontologist in all of us. Use the supplied tools—including goggles!—to chip away at the crumbly block of stone and unearth a dinky fossil, with velociraptor, T-rex, stegosaurus and triceratops versions available. It may get more brilliant than this, but we’re struggling to imagine how.
