Join us for an evening of impact and inspiration at the Asian University for Women (AUW) Fundraising Gala 2025. This annual event supports AUW, a leading institution in Bangladesh dedicated to empowering women through education. With strong ties to Japan, AUW relies on volunteer-led fundraising efforts—led by Kathy Matsui, Miwa Seki and Catherine Sasanuma—to fund one-third of its operational costs.

This year, with the U.S. government cutting $7 million in aid, AUW faces a critical funding gap. The Tokyo fundraising committee is working tirelessly to bridge this shortfall and continue providing education, leadership training and opportunities for women across Asia.
