Gran Concorso di Cucina 2024: The Final

This year too, the final of the Gran Concorso di Cucina is open to the public!
Come to the Musashino Culinary Institute on Monday, December 9th and take part in the culinary battle of the year:
Chef Ito Kiminori vs Chef Kadohira Mitsumasa
At the event, you will taste the dishes of the participants, vote for your favorite, and join the jurors in a series of quizzes and curiosities about one of Italy’s favorite dishes: lasagna!
Jurors: Emanuela Orighi (Italian Cuisine Academy) Stefano dal Moro (Antica Osteria del Ponte) Cristiano Pozzi (ex Mercure Tokyo Executive Chef) and Andrea Tranchero (Barilla Asia & Australia Executive Chef).
