Green Day, one of the world’s best-selling bands, is set to perform in Japan with their upcoming tour dates in 2025. The band will be performing in Nagoya on February 23, Osaka on February 21, and Yokohama on February 25, 2025. Their Yokohama dates are particularly exciting for fans in the Tokyo area, as it’s just a 1-hour train ride from Tokyo.

Formed in Berkeley, California, in 1986, Green Day has sold over 75 million records worldwide, has won five Grammy Awards and has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Their rock album American Idiot has sold over 8 million copies in the U.S. alone and won the Grammy Award for Best Rock Album. The Broadway adaptation of American Idiot in 2010 received critical and commercial acclaim.
