The “Tokunoshima Tourism and Product Fair in Tokyo” is the largest product exhibition and live stage event in Japan for Tokunoshima, part of the Amami Islands.

We have a variety of dishes using the new “Haruichiban” potatoes, including potato butter, potato tornado, and soups. We also have sweet tankan citrus fruits harvested on the island, brown sugar shochu made from sugarcane, brown sugar, miso beans, and other Tokunoshima specialties on offer.
