A family-friendly Golden Week event returns to central Tokyo as TORANOMON HILLS PLAY PARK vol.3 takes over Toranomon Hills. Designed for both children and adults, the popular workshop-focused event offers a mix of hands-on activities, food stalls and interactive experiences.

At the heart of the event is a diverse lineup of creative workshops. Highlights include custom plush toy-making sessions by 100mermeids, where visitors can design their own one-of-a-kind stuffed creations, and an insect-building activity by Zarigani Works. Visitors can also have their portrait drawn in a pop-art style by Ichigo Ichie or play 3D games presented by TOKYO NODE LAB.

Between activities, visitors can refuel at a curated selection of food stalls. Expect handcrafted sweets from popular vendors such as WARU WARU DONUT as well as gluten-free creations from Chiba-based shop CYCLO. Coffee lovers can also stop by Allpress Espresso Toranomon Café, making its first appearance at the event with specialty coffee and its signature banana cake.

A stamp rally will also take place throughout the event period. Participants who collect four stamps by joining workshops or shopping at participating stores can receive a daily prize (limited to the first 100 visitors each day).

Complementing the Golden Week festivities is the Oval Plaza Picnic Park, running from April 3 to June 14. This open-air program transforms the Oval Plaza into a relaxing urban retreat, complete with BBQ options, picnic sets and casual sports.

Additional events include workshops at T-MARKET and the TOKYOROOMS exhibition at TOKYO NODE.
