“Yugen” Art Exhibition

Béchir Boussandel and Yudai Takeuchi will present an exhibition exploring the concept of the Japanese word Yūgen (the subtle and profound), in collaboration with RHK Studio. The French-Tunisian and Japanese artworks will invite a reconnection with the essence of existence.
In an increasingly technology-driven society, Yūgen serves as a reminder of our intrinsic relationship with nature. Boussandel’s debut works in Japan highlight the hidden beauty of the Tunisian desert, emphasizing nature’s resilience, while Takeuchi explores humanity’s enigmatic connection to daily life and the sad beauty of human suffering.
Together, their art evokes awe and invites viewers to rediscover the vast mystery of existence.
