Kimi to Boku (You and Me): Film based on a manga about an aspiring manga artist who learns to deal with separation from his family with the help of a tiny cat.

Arashi no Yoru ni (One Stormy Night): Anime movie and series about an unlikely friendship between a young goat and a wolf. Based on a series of books—which are also available in English.
