Located in the heart of California wine country, Madrona Manor is a historic inn and restaurant known for executive chef Jess Malgreen’s contemporary approach to classic French cuisine. The California native brings the taste of Sonoma Valley to Tokyo as he creates special brunch, lunch and dinner menus for the Michelin star-rated Ekki Bar & Grill at the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi (1-11-1 Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku), October 3-14 (brunch and lunch, ¥4,500; dinner ¥12,000 with optional ¥6,000 wine pairing course). Malgreen kicks off his residency with a gala dinner and wine-pairing course on October 2 (¥18,000).
