Campy fun if you have a few drinks first

In this post-apocalyptic, Leone-esque western, a member of an arcane religious order of highly skilled vampire killers (Paul Bettany, glaring menacingly and, after Legion, demonstrating a remarkable lack of variety in role selection) abandons his vows to an overbearing church, hops on his super-motorbike and rides into the wild to rescue his niece, kidnapped by a rogue group of super-vampires who live in a runaway train. Ho hum. Although it takes itself way too seriously, this retread of many better movies moves right along, and offers a certain amount of campy fun if you have a few drinks first.
