With yet another year coming to an end, that coveted “fresh start” is almost within our reach. Reflection is good, but at some point you must simply leave it all behind (or “let it go,” as one wise animated snow queen once said) and move on. What better way to do just that than to make your New Year’s resolutions using the phrase “shin-nen no houfu” to jump-start 2015?
