Dance music veteran Shinichi Osawa and Belgium-based Paul Chambers cut a track called “Singapore Swing” on Osawa’s album SO2 and were so pleased with the sleazy electro results that they decided to give their new album the same name. They debut the disc—out on Fatboy Slim’s Southern Fried Records—next week at Womb alongside local sound system slayers Masatoshi Uemura and Dexpistols in a gig sure to bring down the house.
