We can imagine the discussion at Domino’s HQ: “OK, we need to come up with a new pie that’s gonna grab everyone’s attention—any ideas?” “How about corn and tuna—on the same pizza?” “That’s a frightening idea—I love it—but it’s already been done.” “OK, how about a pie divided into quarters, with an appetizer, two ‘entrees’ and dessert—on the same pizza?” “We did that, too, last year.” “OK, f**k it. You know what we do? Just chuck every single topping on the damn thing.” And thus was born the new Zenbu no Se (“the works”) pizza, which comes with pretty much any topping you can think of, and a lot more that you can’t—26 in all. Available for ¥3,800 (medium) and ¥4,900 (large) at Domino’s nationwide.
