As if Dom Perignon needed any more fizz, the famed champagne maker has embarked on a “collaboration” with one of the 20th century’s best-known artists. On October 1, Japan will get a limited-edition release of bottles adorned with colorful Pop Art labels inspired by the work of Andy Warhol. Commissioned by London’s Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, the labels will be available in red, blue and yellow versions—or as a special gift case containing all three. The champagne will retail at shops nationwide for ¥21,000 per bottle.
