If you like your India Pale Ale with a splash of aloha, Castaway, an American-style “dry-hopped” IPA with a citrus flare, might be right up your alley.

The Hawaiian brew has a very clean taste and, unlike some IPAs, isn’t too bitter. The dry-hopping (not a dance move) involves aging with liberal amounts of whole hop flowers after fermentation, and this, along with the mango and passion fruit overtones, balances the flavor well.
