The vibes will be even warmer than usual when a slew of Japan’s best house and techno DJs gather at Daikanyama’s Unit for a quake benefit. The bill ranges from three-decade veteran DJ Wada—also known for his highly rated percussive techno outfit Co-Fusion—to young guns like Dublee and Temma Teje and expat Aussie trackmaker, otaku guru and newly-minted novelist Andrez Bergen aka Little Nobody. The event is the brainchild of respected Japanese electronic dance music imprint Fountain Music.
