Prizewinning Dean Fearing guests at the Towers Grill

Garlanded chef Dean Fearing—whose concept is “Bold flavors, no borders”—is bringing his prizewinning skills to Tokyo for a limited time only. His namesake restaurant in Dallas was recently named one of the world’s top-ten by Hotels Magazine, and he has also swiped Esquire’s Restaurant of the Year, as well as James Beard Foundation’s “Best Chef in the Southwest.” Now the man will be guesting at Towers Grill in The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo from Apr 2-6. The set lunch is three courses (¥5,555) while dinner is your choice of four or five courses (¥8,500/ ¥11,000/). Fearing’s in town for five days only, but the menu is available until Apr 30.
