The world’s largest natural wine fair, Raw Wine Tokyo returns to Tokyo in 2025, welcoming nearly 100 winemakers from over 15 countries for a weekend of tastings, talks and cultural exchange.

Explore rare and unreleased wines—from Chinese newcomers to Czech, Croatian and Mexican gems—alongside producers from France, Italy, Australia and beyond. Held at Tokyo Ryutsu Center (just 30 seconds from Ryutsu Center Station), the expanded venue includes food pairings from top restaurants, a Japanese sake corner featuring naturally brewed sake, and a lineup of seminars in private rooms. Sessions run twice daily, with exclusive opportunities to meet the people behind the bottles.

From rare, unreleased bottles to natural sake and food pairings by top restaurants, RAW WINE is a chance to explore the full spectrum of low-intervention winemaking. Meet the producers, attend seminars and taste organic and biodynamic wines—many making their Japan debut.
