Highlights include Leonardo da Vinci’s La Belle Ferronnière, on view in Japan for the first time. Paintings, sculptures, drawings and decorative arts trace how artists of the era drew on classical antiquity while finding new approaches to portraiture, perspective and the human form.

Admission is ¥2,400 for adults, ¥1,400 for university students and ¥1,000 for high school students; junior high school students and younger get in free. The show runs through December 13, with timed-slot reservations required for the final week.
