Much local comedy is of the head-slapping, pelvis-swinging variety, but Gamarjobat (“Hello” in Georgian) have you laughing with them, not at them. For their extended fall Japan tour, veteran mime masters Ketch! and Hiro-pon will be presenting sketches on a ludicrous Western theme. With decades of mime experience between them, the mohawked pair formed Gamarjobat in 1999, and have since become seasoned stalwarts of the theater festival circuit, performing in dozens of countries around the world.

Various venues, until Dec 2 (listing).
