The cool Cuban combo of mint and rum has made the mojito a preferred long drink for the warmer climes all over the world. Now enjoy some refreshing varieties on the theme (from ¥850) at Bacardi Midpark Café in Tokyo Midtown garden from July 20 during the Ashimizu Midtown Waterworks display, a promotion from Mixologist and Bacardi Japan. Sip on cocktails in the mist combining Caribbean with a definite Japanese twang—matcha and kinako mojitos anyone?—stick with the standard, or choose your fresh fruit frozen (mango, grape, melon, passion fruit, or watermelon; ¥1,200), among more mojito madness. Also try Bacardi Mojito Bar in the Ginza Boss Building.
