One of the biggest hassles about finding a place to stay in Tokyo is the huge up-front fee that’s required when you book your accommodation. But with Oakhouse’s newly launched promotion, “Early Bird 200,” all guests who move into an apartment or guesthouse won’t have to pay rent… until February 28!*

During the campaign, the first 200 people to apply for a stay at any Oakhouse accommodation can reserve their room rent-free until February 28. That’s right — the deal is available at any of Oakhouse’s 2,000 rooms in Tokyo, Kanagawa and Saitama.

But that’s not all! All guests who move into an Oakhouse accommodation during the “Early Bird 200” promotion will receive a ¥10,000 discount! (¥5,000 for dormitories.)

And don’t worry — the offer is risk-free. If you need to cancel your reservation, just do so at least 8 days before moving in, and you’ll receive a full refund. (Note that the refund may not include fees levied by banks for transfer and/or transaction charges, etc.)

To apply for the “Early Bird 200” promotion, see the Oakhouse website at www.oakhouse.jp/eng or email info@oakhouse.jp *Management fees and the 1st month of rent still apply.
