Pop down to a pop-up shop in Omotesando Hills to see an exhibition of renowned fashion snapper Kei Ogata’s portraits to celebrate the US cosmetic brand Revlon’s half-century in Japan.

The photos are of campaign models Yuko Sumida Jackson, Hiroko Mima, Kozue Akimoto, and Tina Tamashiro, representing Revlon’s slogan “Inspire my beauty.”

You’ve already missed March 7’s opening, when Jackson, Mima, and Akimoto talked about their own beauty inspirations. Beauty expert Hiroyuki Ohtaka was there to explain how Revlon first came up with the “brush-on blush” in the mid-1960s. The idea was inspired by how Kyoto’s maiko applied their make-up.

Cruise by to this free exhibition and see what cosmetic inspiration you can garner up for yourself.

Where: Kowa Gallery, Omotesando Hills
