It didn’t take us long to establish that Japanese deodorant does a rotten job of concealing our natural odor (sorry, that’s probably not an image you wanted), but here’s a spray that might actually come in handy this summer. When the heat gets too oppressive, just apply a few squirts of Hinyari (“cool and refreshing”) Spray Ryo to your clothes or bed sheets and you can enjoy half an hour of respite. No, really. Manufacturer Sosu’s website illustrates its effectiveness with a load of thermal images, while also cautioning against getting carried away with all that cooling magic—apparently you really can be too well-chilled.
