A ballet dancer who has performed for Queen Elizabeth and Pope John Paul II will play Prince Siegfried in the Tokyo Ballet’s upcoming performance of Swan Lake. One of the iconic dancers of our era, Italian Roberto Bolle is currently principal dancer with the American Ballet Theater in New York. For his first appearance in Japan in seven years, the much sought-after, 190cm Bolle will be paired with the technically assured Mizuka Ueno as Odette/Odile.
