Brazilian culture has a new showcase in the form of The Colors of Brazil. With support from the embassy of the South American giant, a posse of musicians, singers, and carnival dancers will descend on Tsurumi for a full day of Brazilian song, dance and learning experiences. Singer Wilma Oliveira and dancer Neguinho and the “Royal Court of Rio de Janeiro” King, Queen and Princesses of the carnival are among many talents flying in for the occasion. In addition to performances, the talent will also conduct workshops and lectures for adults and children where one can learn tambourine, capoeira and samba.
