Ah spring, when a young man’s fancy turns to thoughts of… suds. Atop the rising wave of craft beer that has mercifully hit this land in the last couple years, newly-licensed Scott Brimmer has recently fired up the kettles at Brimmer Brewing, in Kawasaki.
