The Japanese Jewish community is small but active, and the Rabbi Mendi Sudakevitch of Chabad Japan is intent on making it more so. His community is building a mikveh, which is a Jewish ritual bath, and they are looking for anyone who is keen to help in any way, regardless of religion, gender, or belief. It’s essentially a construction job, so if you fancy carrying some things around, slapping some wet cement down (maybe) and generally getting involved, then call Morris on 090-5445-7888.
